OK from experience with the BCX2 under the Swash you should have a retaining collar, loosen it off then push the two gear wheels up from under the batt compartment, lower the collar and tighten and that should do it.
Presuming were on the same wavelength and the Lama's the same in that area.

Thanks.
According to Esky Lama V4 manual, I have tightened part# 37 (Fix collar for gear) and part# 24 (collar set). (There is a metal ring below part# 24)
But it still moves.
first you must make sure the retaining collier is tight as cambs flyer said also make sure the gear shaft has been pushed hard up, also make sure all the small screws are tight on shaft, you will need to trim it up again once all fitted and don't make the mistake i did using the alloy rotor holders, i never put thread lock on the screws, or your blades will part company from Helli. hope that helps.

Man oh man its goto stop running out of room.
The Inner rotor shaft will have two flat ground into the bottom,
make sure that they align with the screws on the retaining collar.
These screws should go pretty much all the way in & grip against the flats.
