LIPO help please

Please excuse my lack of knowledge with LIPO cells.

I am charging Flightpower 6s cells using a Robbe Infinity3 charger and EQ balancer and all is wonderful. The capacity is 5300 amh.

Ive just run for 7 minutes. On charging, I noticed that I have put back 3187 amh which took 1 hour 6 minutes to charge.

Is it safe to assume that I can run longer than 7 minutes without damage to the LIPO's since I assume I only used 60% of the available power?

You should generally work to the 80% rule.
Use up to 80% of the packs capacity (4240 in your case), then recharge it.
