  • Next Indoor Heli Choice... help !!

I'm looking for another indoor heli.
My Twister Bell 47 has given in again, and I'm not very please as its only 3 months old. The 4 way has thrown in the towel, again, and I'm fed up with trips to the model shop for replacement bits. So far its had one servo, one motor and a 4 way and that has gone again.
So I want to replace it with a small, non contra that I can fly indoors.
    What would you all suggest??
I've got the Blade for outside but I still want another indoor, something more challenging than the Bell 47 and conventional layout.
Any advice on choice would be gratefully recieved..

    Thanks..

I have flown an single blade E-Sky Honey Bee FP in the house but it was a bugger!
If your heli is only 3 months old isn't there any recourse with the shop you brought it from?
If that's not really an option, I would still stick with a contra for indoors. There are ones out there now that cut the motors in the event of an oops and save the 4in1 and they also have a Lipo low warning light.

There is so much more to a contra indoors... tail in, side on (both), nose in, small fig 8s and so on. It all really helps when you go outside
      Cheers, Lee.

Blade cx2 or any one that comes as 2.4 GHz. I haven't managed to break the wifes one yet and I have tried
Get into the habit of cutting the throttle if you know your gonna put it in - it'll save you money
The Buzzflyer is cool though - I hadn't thought of that. Decisions, decisions

I've just been looking at youtube vids of the Buzzflyer...looks almost as twitchy as the Blade before Ade Smith calmed it down for me...just smaller. Maybe a cx2 would be the way to go. Is the build quality higher than Twister ?

The CX2 is great straight out of the box, it also is on 2.4 so no frequency worries either. At our local club at the monthly indoor flyin last year there were a lot of Twisters, and glitches were a problem, with the CX2 you dont get that, and it is so much sharper than the Twister as well.
