blade removal

hi all just got my blade cx4 first question how do you change the heli blades. don,t want to prise apart the blades with out knowing the correct way of doing it. the small pins i would have thought unscrewed but seems not. sorry if this seems a lame question.

They should unscrew from the blade grips from what I remember
