    TBH at this point I wish I'd had just got the 400 and been done with it, but the good fight must continue, I'm just a bit concerned to do it now realizing what could happen if it went wrong..........

    Thanks for the info mate, sorry for the dum nut questions, but wheres the best place to buy them from, plus when changing the batt connectors, how do you do it please?

    hi cambs flyer i had same thing with bat if you have soldering iron you can change them its not hard .as i had deans on the bats but i went out & got 3.5 gold bulit typ so i had to change the deans your not alone as im still learning toolol

    yep the battery wayne. becarefull whilst soldering though if you short out the terminals they pack a punch.
    search finless video's about "sodering a deans"

    i would recomend changes the battery to deans as this is the most commonly used....

    plus it is an easyier job as you wont have to remove the esc....

    that heli deffinetly has been around a bit...

    the connector on the rex is a deans wayne.
    your going to have to change that to a 24k or change the battery to deans

    My new batt, charger & Li Po battery connectors arrived yesterday, today I had a good look at What I've got, the charger & Balancer charged the Align Batt OK then I took a look at the connectors so to plug her into the 450.

    The extra ones supplied look hopelessly different in size to the connectors on the heli.
