Edge FBL blades 'rattle'

I have some edge 603 fbls on my 600 and noticed today that they rattle as in the reinforcing seems loose inside the blades. I never noticed it before and wondered if it's normal or has aggressive pitch changing somehow un bonded the structure. They still fly just fine ?????

I had this on a pair but they were causing a head wobble. I assumed something had come loose on a heavy auto or something.

I'd imagine it's the weight that has come loose. Where abouts does the rattle come from, if you can identify?

It's probably safer not to use them - especially if they have been impacted on the floor, but I don't know many people who won't fly perfect looking blades .

I'm guessing it's from the leading edge around the blades centre. I have been practicing tic tocs but they've neva taken a hit or hard landing. They are cosmetically perfect and fly great so I'm reluctant to shelve them.

When did you buy them? I'd phone up for a replacement set..

They are prolly 40 flights old now and spent a few months in the box awaiting the Heli lol so I can't see fastlads wearing that one ? It may be worth giving them a call though .

Sounds like the weight has come loose and moved down the blade.

Don ,please stop using them , I know that it hurts so much to have to buy new blades ,but the damage and potential harm if they do let go just isn't worth the expense.

Do send them back, even if the shop won't replace them ask them to return them to the manufacturer for examination.

Not sure, best ask the UK distributor for Edge blades.

Just an update...... After sackos suggestion I contacted fastlads and they are going to replace them under warranty :-) so that's a bonus and a saving of £72 happy days ;-) and thanks to all for ur replies.
