Not with the two pairs I've owned mate. Bar the imperfections in the paint they are spot on.

Pair on my 450 were perfect. Till they hit the ground, broke just like a normal pair did too. LOL

I'm having a lot of bad luck with Align blades lately in that they are always really out of balance and I have to use 2 stickers to get them correct. I don't like using them as I always ruin them cutting the grass. Noticed this recently when I was having vibe issues and they were way off balance for a "matched" pair.

On balance though I couldn't get a set of 600D's to track at all. Put a set of Sabs on to prove it wasn't the heli and they were fine. Rather than send them back or pass them on I put them across my knee. Never bought any since, nor would I.

I've also seen a set of Edge (seconds) de-laminate in mid air causing a virtual complete loss to the Logo that they were on, he hasn't bought seconds again either.

At the end of the day it's your choice, but for £15 is it worth risking a couple of hundred, I don't know only you can make the decision.

I have been using RJX seconds on my 550E FBL. I think they are brilliant. Can't tell the difference from the original Edge 523s that were on when I bought it.

Now too many Helis to mention?

I think any laminated carbon product there will be a chance of imperfections, or some might be laminated better than others. See it all the time in boats. Most of the time fine but every now and then some delam pops up for no reason. I think if lamination is solid then paint work is cosmetic.
