  • Total G use Radix FBL or FB blades ?????????

    Hi everyone ,
Following my incident with Rexy , my 700 FBL , I now have a decision ?

I use and love Radix Blades , 690's so to my question , do I go for flybarless blades ? so far I have used just normal Radix 690's and find them to have a wonderfull predictable feel.

What would going for FBL blades give too me ?
I am not sure if I should just stay with FB blades on my FBL heli ????????????????

Tried normal Radix back to back with the equivalent Radix FBL blades.

Although there were very minor differences, it wasn't anything worth noting.

You might notice a drop in RX pack usage with FBL blades on a nitro.

Big air moves might feel a little more locked in, this was the main difference I noticed when going to FBL blades.

All in all, I don't see why not .

Just remember you might have to up the cyclic speed/agility with FBL blades which is to be expected.

Laurence just described exactly how i found them also. Not radix but with the Edge blades.

          Thanks all
I like big moves but I still like a powerfull (not touchy) cyclic, so to me it sounds like a pair of FBL radix may be the way to go ?

A very respected member in my club suggested NHP's so I may just borrow his to try them out.
          I will keep you posted.
