Looking for some blades to replace the stock woodies on my Swift

No-one seems to have the 515mm NHP Pro in stock. Will the NHP 530mm do?

    Any suggestions?

Plan on fitting an Axi motor on 4S running an 11T pinion.

    Cheers Guys

Try them and see but with the 530's even at a lowered pitch the headspeed dropped a fair bit and its low enough with the Axi to start with on the lighter woodies

            Main reason mines going.

I don't like it enough to put the cash into new packs and motor. got a 600 and even though I like it a lot I refuse to spend £200 on Lipos. Rather put the cash into my little T-Rexes and maybe fuel in my Rappy once I get a chance to get to the field again

Yep...getting that feeling too. Bottomless pit time.

I'll give the Axi a go first I think

                Don't expect a lot

Its better than standard motor on decent packs but only by a bit.

                  Update & Question

I finally got some SAB carbon (cos no-one had any Razor-Pro at the time. Fitted the Axi motor & I just LOVE flying the Swift.

I can have a high headspeed to keep me out of danger of bogging down if it drops & I need to pitch up quickly, yet is not twitchy on the cyclic. I have no expo to the cyclics.

However, on my Raptor with carbons the response to cyclic input is very sharp. It responds a little too quickly for my skill level and I find the flying is very jerky. Do I:-

                  1) Put on some glass blades to get a little more 'give' in them - will that slow down response?
                  2) Put in some expo on the cyclics.

I realise I could just do 2) to try, but it's dark

                  Thanks

id use some expo. i personally refused to entertain the idea of expo for a long long time, and saw it as admitting i wasn't precise enough, but once i dialled some in to my t-rex600 i found that my barrel rolls were much cleaner, but it still had the response i wanted. try that first, then if its still too twitchy, some flybar weights will help slow the cyclics down
