    Guys,

    Anyone tryed these yet?

I have set for the Knight and just wondered if anyone had tryed them?

Knight is shaping up to be a mean machine... Just need a Calm day and 3DBasher to test abuse it...

so far looking good, CSM 560v4/9254 CSM Rec Lock/ Red Paddles / BBT Main/ NHP Carbons...

Cannot wait to see it fly.

Oh and Skyline even got the stuff to me before Sunday total great service again from the best Heli shop out there.

No the Knight I can stomach a bit now but it's the constant adulation of Skyline that is starting to grate now

I've survived for more than 2 years in this hobby and never ordered a thing from them, so I guess they really aren't the be all and end all of the RC Heli Parts Dept unless of course you happen to own a Knight and then of course you've cut your prospective suppliers down to around 5...maybe...

I had a set of BBT620 until the other week.

I tried something that I do on the sim, I hover inverted about a foot off the deck, hit the throttle hold and auto flip it the right way up for auto landing............... I came down a bit hard and chipped the boom.

I checked the blades and knock the dent out the boom. I then had another 3 flights working the machine hard.
When I got home I gave the heli a check over and clean (I do this on every outing), as I cleaned the blades the trailing edge on one of the blades felt a little rough so I took the blades off for further inspection. The blade with the rough trailing edge had separated where the trailing edge joins near the outside of the blade for about 3"s, what was more shocking was that the other blade had a crack straight across the root (just outside of the blade grip) on the underside so it was only the top half holding this blade together, I could hold the root straight and quite easily lift the blade up to a 60° angle from the root.
Now I was pitch pumping this heli at 2050 and it felt no difference after the boom strike, also in hover the tracking was spot on so I think these blades are quite strong.

I was very lucky things did not go bad!

The BBT620 blades fly quite nice. But I did prefer the TT600, I now have TT620 which are even longer than the BBT620??????, the TT620 trailing edge and the Radix 95 trail edge can just about skim in a very extreme positions but I have not had any problems flying with them. I still prefer the TT600 but all 3 blades are very close in performance and difference are not noticeable.

Well there better than Midland helis thats for sure they seem to lose my orders, I also like Fast-lads but Skyline just don't let me down.

hey Predator parts seem harder to get than knight parts... think I will sell a Raptor 60 I have and get a Predator 90.... Some how I'll probably get one.....

had mixed levels of Service from Skyline and Midlands but would still use both..

back on subject,a friend has these maniac blades and they appear to be OK

Had a quick fly with them on his machine which was not set up to my liking so i cant comment on their flight performance,,,well made though and balance perfect as expected
