mixing packs blades?

I'm looking for set 3 600mm blades. None found. So I'm thinking of making a set of 3 with two packs of two blades.

Anyone done this before? I'm not entirely sure just how "matched" the blades are. I guess it's a lucky dip really if they do have similar characteristics in weight distribution across the blades. If it was gentle hovering I'm sure it would be fine, But I will be flying them quite hard.

Is this just a bad idea?

I did it temporarily with two sets of Thunder Tiger 600s. I took the lighter one and added tape till it was the same as the other two. Start with two that are balanced and then use one of those to balance a third blade. The weight distribution across the blades should be the same or very similar but the bottom line is that if we're talking about fairly rigid carbon blades what really matters is that they balance against each other regardless. Where the weight is distributed can possibly affect how the blade flexes in flight, so if one is different you may have it go out of track a bit under hard loads but that shouldn't be a big deal.
