SK540 nitro gov, can it do this?

I have searched but as yet have not seen the answer to this question:

Can I set the governor to where it is totally off in normal mode and then kicks in for my idle-up?

All I see in the setup screen is the three boxes for headspeeds and it looks like it's going to be active as soon as the throttle passes the threshold (I think 20 or 25% throttle) no matter what.

What I would ideally like is no governor in my normal mode, just my throttle curve. (this is actually on a gasser heli and I am using a DX7S)

You can set a tail bank for gov off. Can't think of any other way but have a look over on HF
