SK540 / Scorpion 130 ESC?

Anybody running an SK540 governor with Scorpion 130 ESC, does it work well?

Does the auto bailout feature work with this combo? (software 3.40)

Would be using it myself but the ESC has gone up the swaney. It has its own bailout.

I'm totally sold on using the external gov's, but wanted to play with bailout too and really like the feel of the Skookum in the air. Think I'm going back to V-bar for next project as the bailout and gov works so well.
