gy750 set up

I have just bought a 750 for my 600n dfc and just wanted to ask a few questions as I had the 3gx before. question 1 do I need to use the governor as I never did before. question 2 do I set the swash level using the tx and subtrim in hr-3 or do I set it up in the 750 with hr-1 set up in the tx. thanks for looking

Defo use the governor, most flybarless units use the units for subtrim etc, maybe worth looking on youtube, I'm not familiar with futaba

Hi Ollie,

Depending on what version of the firmware is on your CGY750, will vary which setup instructions you will require but i highly recommend updating to the latest V1.31 version of the firmware for the CGY750 as it is a huge improvement over previous versions.

The below videos from Nick Maxwell are for the V1.31 version of the CGY750 firmware. The videos show setup and also tuning.

i will upgrade when i can get hold of the usb dongle as i think it is 1.2. if its good i will be getting another one for my 700n dfc as well
