Question about the Mixer Tab on 3SX set-up software

Can anyone help me understand "Mounting orientation socket side" in the mixer tab of a Demon 3SX set-up

My unit is mounted upright on a flat area on the rear part of the frames behind the main shaft. The socket for the servo wires etc is closest to the main shaft. Therefore is my mounting orientation then "Forward" ?? This is in a Logo 690SX
