3SX servo travel

I'm trying to setup my 3SX and I'm at the DIAGNOSE section where you set your servo travel to get 100% when sticks are at their maxuimums.

Rudder is fine but all the others wont reach 100% on the bars even with 150 in servo travel. Collective gets to 90% aileron 75% and elevator 80ish al;l with 150% travel.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you started with a clean model memory?

Also make sure swash type is also set as H1or single servo on the Tx.
