I've just purchased one of these and I have a question - when rescue mode is selected and say you have it to level and climb out - does it keep climbing until you switch off of rescue mode or does it apply pitch for a time, gain some height then self level? Or does the climb out stop if you change the collective?

Until you switch it off. So it will level instantly then climb when activated and then stop when you switch it off.
I have mine on a sprung switch so I have to hold it on and as soon as I let go it stops climbing or I should say reacts to my stick inputs

+1 i use the bind button, and it really works!!
just make sure you set the head gain first, as its non adjustable once you have setup the horizon mode.Spektrum IX12
