Align Gpro gets hot

Ive just bought the new 550l combo which ive powered up for the first time. After 2mins of just connecting up my bluetooth to the heli I noticed the Gpro gyro felt really warm. Is that normal for this unit? :/ I didnt want to carry on incase it was faulty

You know the FBL unit is one thing I don't think I have ever checked for temps?

Will do this tomorrow with my temp gun but it will only be for comparison against a different brand as I don't use the Align one.

Hey buddy.

Were you powering it with a 2s LiPo pack?
Mines got luke warm, but not excessive when running from the Talon and this was while setting up so it was on a fair time.

Im just running it straight from the talon, im not using any rx batt. It was getting more then luke warm :/
