    Hey.

    Just an idea but check all your servo connections and connections from 3G main unit to receiver, reason being I've read tonight that if one of the receiver connections is missing the 3G will not power up correctly.
    If you have a lose connector pin going from 3G to receiver this could explain why sometimes it works and other times doesn't.

      Hi tourerjim:

      I did started with fresh model memory on my Tx, every parameter was from the primitive. Also , I have tried every suggestion from this thread.

      However, after I have rebind the Rx with Tx, the system seems working fine this moment (I am trying power up every 30 mins). Finger cross, this is end of my nightmare with the 3G problem.

      Really appropriated for you (all for you nice people) continuously reply, I will keep update on state of with my 3G system.

      P.s. I have bought this heli from eBay which posted from Taiwai, the seller willing to send my unit back to Align for test. But due to the time issue, I am really thinking to get the replacement for mine 3G unit. At this moment, I am deciding weather go for Align again or BeastX.

      Many thanks

        You need to be sure it's 3G issue as you could have have esc or servo fault coolice suggested elec connection fault.
        Also double check you have latest 3G firmware update & programmed for 500 size so don't give up yet we've all been there" otherthing I'm now thinking can you leave or pm your TX settings/setup there could be somoething in the setup'
        Today's outlook is fine for flying.

          Hi tourerjim:

          Thanks you very much for you support.

          Here is my Transmitter setting:

          Swash Plate type: Servo 120 degree.
          other three things I have changed on my Tx is:

          1. "Sub trim" to level the swash plate;

          2. Reduced "Trvel ADJ" on tail servo to 50% to limited the servo arm travelling limited on both direction;

          3. "Swash Mix" AILE 40%, ELEV 40%, PIT 42%.

          Other setting on Tx remain unchanged.

            Hi Ian:

            Thanks, I have checked all connection, everything seem fine (I have even take some of the pin out and test it). With 3G system now, it some time fail on first power up, but if I re-power up straight afterwards, it will initialize fine. I really don't know what is wrong with the system, or something I have done so wrongly.Now, I really hope I can find some one experienced after new year holiday to check it for me.

            Many thanks

              I am posting to thanks all the people in this thread who given me valuable advices, especially to tourerjim who helped me over the E-mail, phone and even in person to setup heli for me.

              I have finally found the problem with the 3G system, it is problem with 3G sensor. I have managed to get another Align 3G system to test mine old one, I have found out is the 3G sensor cause the system fail to initialize. I have contacted the sell on eBay and hope I can get swap or repair.

              Thanks
