Flybarless setup?

Help
It's all in fitted and programed ready to fly today
BUT
when I move the pitch up the elevator looks like it's moving up so would come towards me? this is on the bench
Have I done something wrong?
I am scared now

It only takes a couple of minutes to run through the set up again. Go back into the DIR mode and check everything is moving as it should.

Go to DIR mode and calibrate the the the radio by adjusting the reverse and swash afr to achieve the correct ccpm setup (as you normally would do).

If you still have trouble then check all is connected to the right ports.

Did about 5 times before I posted
Think I found it
I setup the cyclic with the swash mix both elevator and alie need to have the same swash mix and adjust the endpoints to cut the travel back to level swash.
I did change the servo wheels and leveled the swash before fitting the head and electronic's
It was my fault
will try later if the rain lets me

Make sure you have done the limits on the elevator and the ailireon the direction the manual says.
And make sure you are in DIR mode when making any changes to the transmitter mixes

Well it did fly
think my setup was out
I leveled the swash using travel adjust
Don't think I should

before I finished flying I had a bad noise but that's the engine or bearing some where
