3g trex 700 problem

Installed the system today and have a couple of questions.

1. When i enter setup mode ( Flybarless ) the status light flashes red three times then goes green . Is this correct ?

2. When I put in positve pitch collective the swash lowers at the front and raises at the front with negative pitch . Is this correct ? However at the beginning of the setup the swash moves correctly

The ale & elev all move correctly after setup / during setup the ale & elev and pitch all move correctly ..

Does the swash move up and down correctly during initialisation? if not something is wrong. after that up and down (pitch) should move as normal but for and aft and left and right will appear slow if all is OK.

The initialisation is fine .. thats whats confusing me

The front of the swash is moving in the right direction but moving about 50% more than the other two servos

all resolved .. changed the regulator and its all ok ..
