  • Align FBL question

As I know next to nothing about flybarless systems I was wondering if someone could tell me:

    - Does the Align 3g FBL system replace the gyro? And if so what inbuilt gyro does it use?

    - Is it designed to be used with specfic fbl main blades or can it be used with standard blades, sab red devils for example?

    Thanks

    Hi sam,

the system comes with it's own gyro system, it is the new align gyro made for the system. And it can with normal blades, there is no such thing as fbl blades. All used for everything.

    hope that answers your questions.

        Fast Lad Performance
There ya go... its the Edge blades Dont exactly need them to go FBL. Apparently there is some diffrence to the way they actually fly on FBL systems though.

Thanks, things a bit clearer now...

Considering converting a 600 to FBL, the Align 3g systems with inbuilt gyro seem relatively good value for money considering what you would be spending on a good gyro for a flybar heli anyway.
