  • Align flybarless 250 and 450

In case it hasn't already been posted, looks like you can now get the 3G system for a TRex 250 and 450:

    ¨È©Ý®a¹qºô¸ôÁʪ«
    ¨È©Ý®a¹qºô¸ôÁʪ«

I imagine it's going to be a bit awkward fitting the electronics in a 250.

        +1

I was really interested for the 450 but I wouldn't sacrifice a clean install for the advantages this would bring if any at all.

Also, I'm not keen on the blue head

I don't know but I'd say it's a pretty safe bet that it will be available separately sooner or later.

thats good, although the mini vbar will fit much easier than the align one as its all self contained plus i'd only need a spektrum satelite rx, just got to stump up the money first

              Hi

Problem is that all the electrics are the same so that parts cost the same to make, even the head although small has very little cost difference to make I suspect as the cost is in machining it and very little of the cost is in the material.
For that matter a 30 engine and a 90 engine should cost almost the same but lets not go there:-)

              Cheers

Re: manufacturing costs, that sounds like it makes sense -they're just applying the same processes to a different size lump of metal. Does make you wonder why someone doesn't step up and make a good 90 size engine that's priced much closer to a 50 (even though you said let's not go there!)

The Mini V works very well in the Beam and 450 Sport.I feel the benefits if there indeed are any are small but it does work well.
