    As you move the balls closer to the centre on the srvo horn you should also correct the position to get the 90 degree angle. The balls should not be in a straight line if binding is to be eliminated. To reaffirm the 90 degree angle when the servo is at mid stick requires the ball to be behind the centre line line. You can see in the picture the balls are behind the centre line.

      maybe somebody could manufacture pre-drilled servo horns with offset for the popular Align helis... QuickUK, are you listening?

      But, as said: The error is less than one turn on the pushrod, and IMO negligible.
