    3gx and dx61

    Firstly I am sorry, this has no doubt been asked many times, I just cannot see it
    Can I set up a dx6i to work with a 3gx unit ?
    Will i need satellite(s)

    You can't hook up a DX6i directly to a 3GX with satellites as the 3GX expects the gain to be on channel 7 (which the 6-channel DX6i doesn't have!).

    The solution is to use a cheap 6-channel RX like the AR6210, then connect the 3GX via that. You get the cables to connect an RX to the 3GX with the unit.
