Hey guys,
I'm pulling my hair out trying to update my 3gx systems on my 600 and 250.
At the moment the software I have installed on my laptop is the v2.1 (which came with the units). So I downloaded the latest software from the web, and tried to update the firmware through the existing software and a new 3gx window opened and down the bottom it said there was a error of some sort.
I tried this a few times without success.
I then read that I should uninstall the 2.1 software, download the update and reinstall. Which I tried but the file downloads as a unknown file and when I try and open it, i get asked what program I should open it with.
I expect it's just me being an idiot and missing something obvious.
