V3.1 throttle set up

I have just had to redo the links and carb throttle set up on my 600, and flown it , it was ok in normal mode after a few curve changes , but did the funky chicken in the air when i put it into idle up 1 with the governor. Now I am sure it was my fault as i guess i should have redone the 3gx set up but do i have to reset all of the settings first or can i just reset up the gov / throttle ?

You should only need do the throttle, like the tail it separate from the DIR mode. Remember to set the Norml throttle curve to linear, then just set it as usual - then set the normal mode back to how it is now.

Regaring the funky chicken not sure what would cause that.

Hey Chris.

No all other settings should be fine, you should only have to reprogram the 3GX's throttle limits.

To do so you will need to set your normal made back to a linear line (0, 25, 50, 75, 100%) temporarily, press and hold the 3GX's button on power up and release it when all the led's on the unit are lit. Now push your throttle stick from zero to full power, the 3GX will learn the throttle range and initialise, power it off and put back your normal mode throttle percentages and away you go.
