The fubar was well received when it came out,but not sure if it's still available.
Don't forget there's plenty peeps swapping and changing FBL units so it could be worth your while putting a "wanted" add in the classifieds section.

The fubar was indeed discontinued although you can get its replacement the mini s bar which uses a control panel now instead of the software, the K bar is another mini V clone whic appears to work. There are many BeastX clones and the 3g-H on the hobbyking site is good and works fine.

The going rate for a 3Gx is £45 BNIB, and has none of the worries associated with a clone.

Well if you want to fit it inside the frame you would need a 3gx size clone as the vbar clones dont fit inside the frame

I've used the TGZ380 BeastX clone, I got it off eBay for about £28 delivered and to be honest I can't tell the difference between them , very easy to setup and holds the tail rock solid.

Hi Marty I don't, the mini S bar is the Fubar with a dedicated control panel that you get when you buy the unit. Here's one on Amazon £45

You can still get Fubars from Hobbyking if you know the right question to ask as they dont advertise them but assume they are sat on a lot of stock.

Lets just say they cant SELL them but can offer them as a free gift if you buy certain products,we have a couple of members that did just that and have just got them.

me personaly I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole, buy cheap buy twice, that's my thinking.

Just ask them if they still have any and if so how much do u have to spend to get one thrown in,i know they bundle them with the KDS Innova heli kits as thats how our members got them last month.

                            International warehouse only of course.

But they are a bit cagey about it so you might not get a sensible response but ive seen them myself.

I'd normally agree but in my experience Ive had no issues with any of the clone units I've used or tried. The Fubar is excellent and never missed a beat even on a nitro.
