Nice, meant to go earlier this year but was busy, if weather looks decent I think I will

Maybe I should leave a Srimok 90N with them and see what they can do

A bit off topic here, but how easy do you think it would be to fit a Wren 44 into a Srimok 90? Do you know if anyone has done this before?

Well it was interesting today measuring up the wren 44 turbine and the Srimok 90N

At 1st glance I thought "good god I'd rather not" but further inspection showed it wouldn't be as difficult an I initially thought. You'd have to cut the frame at the front just below the rudder servo to make room for the turbine and fabricate a portion to go around for support, but I don't think anyone buys a turbine thinking it is plug and play.

It was a good day, and nice to meet some other heli pilots and see the Srimok and Dune - thanks for bringing those.

The T-Rex finally got airborne after a new glow plug and rpm sensor were fitted.
