  • Buy wildcat online

I've added a simple buy online facility, using google checkout, to the tenzeroten website which hopefully makes it very easy for folks to buy Wildcat fuel.

I can supply all Wildcat fuels, but being a heli flyer, have concentrated on 20% HeliMix and 30% Curtis as I find these to be the best options for price and performance. If you need something else, get in touch!

As fuel is only shipped in boxes, but can be mixed boxes of different wildcat fuels, there's a drop down list with several options that should cover a lot of eventualities. If the fuel you want isn't covered on the site, please PM me (in the first instance - leave a number and I'll call you back) and I'll get you sorted out.

    Cheers,
    Rob

Lots of waffle, but no useful information.

For the 20% and 30% versions, how much oil do they have, and is it synthetic or castor?

18% oil in the 20% helimix
          23% in the CY30%

All oil is fully synthetic Klotz oils.

More info (waffle ) here too.
          Cheers,

              Thanks Rob.

The delivered price looks very tempting indeed.

May well give it a go when I run out of what I've got at the mo.

Is the Klotz oil used Regular techniplate or super techniplate? Seems a good price, when I run out of Bekra I might give it ago.

                  Good move Rob.

What's the 20% Helimix like compared to Magnum 20%? Are they both similar?

I 've always had Magnum a my Rappy came with a gallon and get no problems but it's more expensive than the Wildcat and I'm nearly out so could be up for a box.

I switched from Magnum to Wildact and its less smoke but you have to make sure you run the engine a bit richer as well.

But it always runs fine for me, not sure but there was a magnum 20% shortage a bit ago unless its now arrived.

I've got about 12 gallons of Wildact at home at the moment mix of 30% YB and 20% and the 30% 3D mix as well to try...

Virtualy everybody at OMHC fly on wildcat 20% now no complaint's yet. Club got a bulk load in and it is as cheap as chips, (fry's them well an all)
-I don't crash, I just land with enthusiasm.

A couple of 600n's with stuff on them that makes them fly..
A 550 fbl with even more stuff on it to make it fly
And a Mars 470 which needs stuff putting on it to make it fly

                      And a DX8 too

Whats the difference between the Helimix 3DLV and the Helimix 30% nitro ?
I'm running the 3DLV at the moment, seems fine just makes the engine run a little hotter.

Er how did you bulk buy.... been looking to do it but everyone I ask says they won't do it.

We don't have a local shop that stocks any fuel we could use, All shops cater for planes and gliders.

                          We cannot get anything locally.

You can get most fuels delivered for free and at a good rate if you buy 12 boxes (48 bottles) or more from the main distributer.

I'm sure I've seen this service advertised on Skyline's website (or somewhere similar).

ah I have asked skyline before now and they don't like to deal with Clubs if a local shop is in the area. (they only do Magnum fuel)

I presume the idea is we all ask for there fuel they get into a shop and they can offer other products as well. Or they don't want to annoy the local model shops.

But we have one now in the middle of town it does some plane stuff, mostly cars, Trains. No shop local to do Helicopter gear anymore or fuel.

switched to Wildcat a bit ago due to price diffrence and to be honest all I know is wildact = less smoke and plenty of power for me on the 20% stuff and other members are using it no problems yet. couple on the YB 30% as well.
