Probably,the oil welled up a treat in my old os50 and align 50 pipe,i had muddy paddles from all the tipping

not the fuel pipe
when I say that I mean if you leave the fuel line clamped for to long it stays stuck together.
like the fuel clamp is still on

worth a check
move clamp out the way and check
