Changed that poxy rear 55 bearing 6 weeks ago and its gone again this weekend.... WTF???? That shitey engine has been in and out more times than Ron Jeremy's dick!!! Am i lookn for a top quality bearing? thought i had brought one?? Oviously not Anybody recomend me a decent shop to purchase a decent bearing?? !!! Used OS and other manfacturers..... neither have lasted very long.... burn off fuel/exhaust bungs/close carb/stored in me living room!! wat more do i have to do, massage it with baby oil every sunday nite!!!!! Doh!!!!!! doing my heed in....... no good is it

get a stainless steel bearing from simplybearings.co.uk cost about 10 quid i think should be better for you

must be something else your doing as mine is the original bearing and had 35-40 flights and still good. Btw iam using model technics fuels and so far never changed a bearing in any of my models.

Treat the rear bearing as a consumable and don't be disappointed about its lifespan. I recommend the £2 - £3 6902 bearing from rc-bearing.

Spending out on exotic bearing types will not be any guarantee that it will last longer. It may well make you madder in the expectation that it should of lasted longer.

I had 50 or so flights on my original os bearing, and about 60 on the SKF i put in there as a replacement and going strong, although it doesn't get used all that often. I'm running on Opti 30% SLV.....
