Any one running one with an OS55HZ?

What are they like?????

Wont be getting another Outrage 55 pipe after the manifold snapped on me today

I use a hatori, as was advised that the power boost pipe doesnt perform as well as the hatoris do.

Hi I ran one on a vibe 50 which has a slightly odd gear ratio 8.7 to 1 which may not have bought out the best in the os pipe but I found it slighty peaky and a little noisey but I swapped to the Curtis MP5 and loved it

I like it just the money puts me off.
think Hatrori is better but not tried on a 55.
Have one on a 50.

I had a GP 57 which I switched out for the OS powerboost pipe.

Powerwise I felt it was very similar but it sounded better than the GP 57.

More smooth sounding and a little less raspy if that makes sense.

Not thought about that,but it will probably happen again.I remember seeing alot of reports of the same thing happening with the outrage after i bought it

Dont know what to do,must say i like the quietness of the hatori's but may take a punt on the power boost as i can get it local with discount.I also need a gov sensor which they also have in stock

Wish id never swapped it for the align 50 pipe TBH

But my local hasnt got any in stock....which makes me want to try the PB

I didnt come across any posts about the 55HR breaking.. just the pressure nipple problem

If your after a Align 50.. I have one thats had just two gallons goe through it.. and not a mark on it, if your interested... but then again.. after this post.. i might keep it as a spare, lol!

Didnt find much more power with the outrage over the align 50.

There was one or two who said they had the manifold break,i remember seeing a pic of the same breakage i had today

Are your bearings holding up ok Nick?
Only ever time I had a manifold go was due to the death rattle of old os bearings.

Yes Martin,been much better since blowing all excess gas out othe engine.

Every time i have heard the death rattle i acted straight away

i have the zimmerman for my 55, was told it provides the best power and is unbelievably quiet!

Well,i have put the OS power boost on,looks nice and good qaulity....just hope it isnt a crazy frog zorst....a rin tin tin
