Cut my engine losses?

So my YS91 problems got even worse today - blew the plug AGAIN but this time its stripped the head! GRRRR

Now a mate of mine just offered me his brand new OS91 C-spec with muscle pipe for £175 - should I just cut my YS losses and buy this instead?

Seems a shame since I bought the right pipe for the YS and everything...

What do you reckon?

Brand new 91 C-Spec with Muscle Pipe for £175 - bite his hand off if it's for real.

The pipe is about £70 on it's own if my memory serves me correctly.

If it's running rough and popping plugs it sounds like bearings... if you do go for a different engine i think a non pumped SZ would be a better choice for your money.. you'll need a different fan though.
you got any shims under the head sounds like over compression

I'd go for the OS every time - I always hear of people having issues with YS tuning etc - but OS always seems to just do the job.
Sure, you can still have tuning issues (running rich/lean) but they seem to be much easier to resolve...

I've seen the SZ for £185....what do you want for your wonga????......why not get an MDS if you are that fussed about cost....It'll save you a fortune on fuel coz it'll never run!!!!!
