  • Any ideas?

I'm currently using a MP2 with my irvine 36ring and they dont seem to like each other! I have been told the irvine like to be run rich where as the MP2 likes a slightly lean engine. Does anyone have any sugestions as to what pipe i could use, or should i just bite the bullet and buy a os32 to go with the MP2. Also what nitro content fuel would you use with this engine, im currently using 12%?

    Many thanks

Bite the bullet and get a os 37 szh. Use coolpower or magnum... not sure what type of flying you do but pick the nitro percentage to match it.

I use Model Technics Bekra 10 with an OS37. Runs real cool. I want to try some Magnum 12, but no-one round here stocks it.

For pootling around I am told that 10% is ok. Higher nitro mixes require richer running = more fuel used.

I changed my old OS 32 for a 37 about a year ago.

The 32 definately runs smoother, but the 37 has an extraordinary amount of more power over the 32, and all from an engine that is physically the same size. The 37 gets through a tank of fuel a lot quicker than the 32 as well.

I'm not saying that the 37 is rough, because it isn't at all, it's just that the 32 is unbelieveably smooth.

Definately get the 37 - it will see you good for years to come.

The Manager summed that up nicely... get the 37 though its a nice engine and you'll notice the power diffrence from your irvine.

Thanks Geegar just ordered one earlyer today before i saw your offer, damn! Ade as for my flying skills, yesterday was my first day at the field, my first two flights went really well felt myself improve over the two i was managing to hold it in a stableish hover about two foot of the ground and move left and right whilst maintaining constant hight. Then the engine started playing up and i lost all faith in it, they couldnt get it to run reliabley. So i just wanted somthing that it trusted and i know shouldnt die on me, one less thing to worry about.
