Just setting up my revlock, what Hi and Low speeds are you all running?

17000 is it's recommended power band so for the 600 that would be 2050. I only use 1900 if I feel like pootling around. -

I only run 1850 at the moment but with my Kasama head people keep telling me I should push it up to 1950 at least.

The engine produces it's best output at 17000 rpm. With a gear ratio of 8.5:1 this corresponds to a headspeed of 2000. I have mine a little higher so that if I bog the head it falls into it's natural maximum power outputComment

I really do think 1850 is too low. 2050 will probably be fine for HI, depending on your style of flying. You must remind yourself why you decided to upgrade. Is it because it is bling and new or do you want to extract maximum performance from your 600?

Suppose, just going to be a bit of trial and error at the field tomorrow I think.
Am i missing something though with the Revlock? Maximum headspeed I can see on the setup instructions is 20750 in range 4? x 3Comment

That's not headspeed, that's engine rpm. The range is 8,000 to 20,750.Originally posted by sacko View Post
