Algin High Performace Exhaust

Got one of these, had it about 8 months with probably 60 - 70 flights on it. Just fitted a new OS engine, so it's been sitting around for about a week or so, but when I went to refit it, it rattled. Clearly something is loose inside, does this mean it is knackered?
Luckily I kept the stock muffler, so just buffed that up and fitted that to run in the engine a bit tomorrow.........

ummm thought so, shame they make it a sealed unit, think it cost well over £50 ! Don't think I'd but another one, have to try something else!

I had same problem new it was the baffle, so cut it open short tube with right angle to it, breaks off from inside end of tail pipe.

Today's outlook is fine for flying.
Spektrum DX18 gen2, Phoenix Sims, Align MR25XP.

Blade Nano, mCP X, 130x, Blade 180, Mini T 450se

Trex 250dfc Gpro, Trex 500EFL Gpro.
