Joined the TT 53 brigade

Hi Folks

Just ordered a TT Redline 53 from Leeds Model Shop for £108 delivered!!

Looking forward to trying this engine.

Any hints and tips ie. how do I identify the new Carb and do I need the OS nut to fit the fan?

The new carb looks like a split nut (two nuts glued together) on the main needle

Still got the OS in the Rappy but since all the engine prices are about to go up and Leeds Model shop had the TT for £104 I thought I'd give one a go.

You have two so I guess they are okay?

Yes - sorry forgot to mention, mine stripped so has an OS one on it now.

Yeah it kinda came with it, its brand new, so was the kit, and a nearly new 522 + the revlok 20 for 270 posted, I weren't complaining, just need to finish it realy.........
