On the 91sr there is a Hover position on the Carb at 40%, does that need to be the carb setting when the heli is hovering? What throttle curver would you recomend?

I ignored that and just did my usual setup.

0 25 50 75 100 throttle curve(normal flight mode)

Put stick at centre position (50%) and check that DX7 on th curve screen says in 50 out 50

Then i set the carb arm at exactly midpoint in its travel range and adjusted the link rod accordingly to ensure the throttle servo arm is in line with carb arm.


Inflight using the Align gov i am using a 100 inh 80 inh 100 curve in 3d mode and it flies fine.I am getting good power with no real overspeed and i have so far only come 4 clicks in on the high end needle from original starting positions in the manual,i have not touched mid and low needles so far.

I am not worried about the hover throttle position because the governor will deal with all that depending on load.
