  • New Bearings OS50SX-H

Where do people buy new bearings these days?

I see the OEM OS bearings on Fastlad and Midland but also some alternatives in Modelfixings' range but I can't see from their listing if they are steel.,SS or (unlikely) ceramic.

What do you use and where from please?

    Thanks

I have always bought them from these guys. They're in the USA but they always shipped quite fast. I get the stainless steel ones and these always seemed to last really well.

A piston would be useful...and some bearings.

I have taken a look at my bearings and they run fine & smooth but there is a suggestion of rust so I guess I'll put some new ones in whilst it's stripped down. (Optifuel? - although I always use After Run Oil)

No rush because Dan22 has a 2nd hand engine which I'll use and refurb mine in due course.
