When I use my 350QX in Smart Mode it doesn't behave as advertised. It is supposed to be orientation-independent but it's not. If I turn the quad slightly to, say, the left then push the stick forward it is supposed to go away from me but instead it follows it's 'nose' and goes to the left. Also, the LED for Smart Mode is not green, it is a kind of cross between other colours.
It's not a problem as I fly it mostly in Stability Mode but it would be nice if everything worked.
I might also say that in Smart Mode it does however use the throttle as a level control and does have altitude hold so it seems to be doing everything but the steering correctly.
Any ideas?
