I have been using the APM 2.5 (well the hobbyking version).
Apart from the board failing and me now having to order in a more reliable version, I like it a lot.
Its very customisable, and takes a bit of setting up to get 'right', but I take this is a pro rather than a con.
Its different modes work very well. alt hold is great if you dont want to worry about throttle management but just want to go for a nice fly at a sensible height.
Im waiting on a new board to come through then I will have the minimOSD, which will be a big bonus
Its definitely worth a punt. I didnt go for 2.6 though, I stuck with 2.5Logo 600 3D --- Vortex Vx1n
