Will be disappointed if this is the case as it is marketed for the Gopro

The GoPro itself is fine providing you leave the WiFi switched off.

WiFi and 2.4Gz don't mix, here is a video I did with mine today :-)

On HF's forum there's a post where someone solved the problem I believe with tin foil but HH have a bulletin saying about the use of WiFi
Today's outlook is fine for flying.

The only issue I've heard of is when people are using the GoPro's WiFi.

It's not just the 350QX, it will be common on anything being operated using 2.4Gz. If you are wanting to try live video streaming I've ordered this from RC Logger to try.

The OP referred to GoPro WiFi interferring with GPS operation.
AFAIK, GPS doesn't use 2.4 GHz.
But all the same, it's a bad idea to have a transmitter close to any receiving antenna.

Turn off the go pro wifi it's noisey and GPS while not 2.4ghz does not take a lot to loose signal or have it disrupted.

We'll we got a GoPro 3+ and I'm afraid to say; we have had all sorts of problems.

With wifi turned off on the GoPro 3+, we cannot get GPS lock while recording. As soon as we stop recording, we once again get GPS lock. Start recording again and no GPS lock again.

We then came across this website Shielding a GoPro's EMI / RF Noise - Hovership
We printed the template and covered in foil tape -already had this in my shed from an insulation job- I am happy to say We have now had around 10 flights with no issues

I have to say it Still seems odd to me having spent all this money we have to do a blue peter job with foil tape.

                  Thanks again for everyone's input

The reason why ive just bought a 3 over the 3+ just yesterday. If anyones after a 3 btw then Argos currently have a huge discount of £100 on them.

Generally you want to have your Gps antenna well away from your camera for this reason. On my disco the gps antenna is at the rear and the camera obviously located at the front of the quad.

If im honest i dont know the technical answer to that question but i do know that myself and 2 of my mates with the same setup on our discos dont get any issues with the 3 whatsoever. I was told to stay away from the 3+ for various issues. One being the same problem your having. I have heard of people mounting them in a kind of home made tin to keep the rf down.
Apparently theres issues with the video glitching alot in flight too. Maybe future firmwares will address the glitching problem but who knows really.
As far as the rf interference goes then theres little a firmware upgrade can do. Thats down to the electronics themselves unfortunately.
Try mounting your gps antenna further away and see what happens.
