Looks interesting. The 720p camera can be controlled from your TX!

hm, "controlled" is a bit misleading for on/off isnt it ... but no jelly effect - resolution seemed to be ok for such a small camera though ... unfortunately no outdoor video capture to see how the cam deals with light changes ...

I thought I'd read somewhere that it was more than just on/off - it was switch between video/still mode, and take still pictures.

      EDIT : Official text ...

      Image capture on the fly
With the included EFC-720 flight camera and a 2GB micro SD card included, 180 QX HD pilots can capture video and still images while flying. This intuitive camera can be activated at any time during flight and be switched seamlessly between video and still image capture. This functionality can be programmed into a compatible DSMX® 5+ channel transmitter.

Looks good and fun! Thought you'd gone and got one Tom when I saw the post.

Did you see all those mcpX BL! Whole towers them!

Well the video quality is good but I think it needs some motor noise reduction in the recording some how! Outside with wind hitting it, it might be really loud and annoying on play back.
