DJI Naza lite setup help

Recently got a naza lite and fitted to my 450 quad earlier this week and have a problem

manual and atti modes seem to fly ok but when I enter GPS mode, it hovers for about 2 seconds then moves to the right, quite quickly! Definitely more than a little drift, I left it to see if it would settle but after 3 seconds, it was across the field - not impressed!

I connect lipo and let it sit with GPS locked on for 2mins before I fly

I have calibrated the IMU through the naza software and also done the 'dji dance' but it still does it

also, the offsets for the GPS position, are they from GPS to COG or COG to GPS?

any help would be appreciated before I send it back

Hi had exactly this problem with mine , put battery in hover in gps mode normally wanted to go back and right carry on flying and problem gets less until nearly end of flight it holds station , fix 1 ,land repower up system fly problem gone, Fix 2,Buy Naza v1 or V2 problem does not happen ,, I spent hours trying to sort this..

Put 2 packs through it and left it sitting in the field for 2 mins with lock and tried again, still drifts away
very disappointed in its performance, specifically asked when I bought it "will it do GPS hold and is it better than the arducopter board?" Oh yes, loads better was the reply. Actually it isn't and it's going back

The offset should be from center of controller to center of gps puck shouldn't it?

Just try letting it initialize lift off into a hover land, then cycle the power that is the known fix . When its working its good v2 is miles better faster lock and more exact, I gave up on my lite and got a v2..

Had a trip up to Fast Lads today to sort the naza, HUGE thanks to the lads there as they sorted it, few mins in the car park and the quad was pretty locked on

I realise that a barrage of jokes may come my way but I'm posting in an effort to help others...main problem was the GPS puck was mounted the wrong way

Going to to play with gains tomorrow and get it spot on
