Align MR25 Connection Issues

Hi guys.

I've had my MR25 since it was released but haven't flown it in a few years. Today I got it out and hovered it in the garage but with a Tx I used to use (JR DSX11) so couldn't remember which switch did what. I brought it inside, downloaded the app and found I couldn't get the v2.0.1 iOS software to talk to 1.3 on the quad. I then updated the quad to v2.0.

Now the quad connects straight away to the app but it is just doing the fast flash off the yellow/green lights like the motor isn't armed. I've moved every switch on the radio and tried reversing them in the software but to nothing. I can't make any stick or switch movement show up on the app and the Tx is bound to the quad ok as the light on the sat is solid. Have bound to it now multiple times.

I tried rolling it back to v1.3 and v1.1 but that didn't work either.

Any help would be very gratefully received.

Just noticing that the sections for CH5 Motor Arm, Flight Mode and Gimbal are greyed out whatever that means.

Should also add that I've now tried v1.6 as well. I can do the motor test from the app on v1.6 or v2.0 but still can't get the JR and quad to talk.

To mind there are only two reasons for fast flashing LED's, bind not completed or quad sensing incorrect throttle/motor switch cut position.
