For when you dont want to use the gift option for making purchases.
Very easy to use.
First select the currency by clicking on the relevant flag.
Enter the amount the seller wishes to receive in the upper box of the reverse paypal fee calculator (top left).
Read the total amount to send/request, including fees, in the lower box (bottom left).
The fee rates are correct at the time of posting, but should they change can easily be adjusted by editing the fee rate boxes.
