DX6i - Can't enter menu - not working

Hi,

I have just tried to go into the menu after turning it on and when I press the roller button nothing happens. Any ideas?

Try Press and hold roller, then switch on whilst holding

Tried that. Nothing. It beeps at me when I roll the wheel but nothing when I press it

the roller has probably broke they do from time to time, call horizon hobby thy,ll send u one free i would think, its an easy fix, does the roller click when u push it?

actually thinking about it its most likely the little push switch that sits under the roller again horizon will replace its easy to repair

theres a little brass spring that gives u the click when u push the wheel and they too break, it happened on my one horizon sent new wheel and push switch free of charge excellent customer service

Managed to get it working again. Took the back of and removed the roller, put it back and hey presto.

HH do have amazing service, my menu button stopped working on my dx6i, emailed them around lunchtime, they were quick to reply and the new roller and board arrived the next morning.
