  • DX7s Aileron Dual Rates

    Hi,

I'm totally new and out of my depth, but I noticed at the bottom of the D/R-Expo graph on the Aileron channel that it says -1➔0. At first I thought I must have had some trim or something dialed in when I went through the binding process, so I reset the memory and ensured all trim and sub trim was at 0. I rebound and it's exactly the same. All the other channels say 0➔0 with the sticks at rest.

To be fair I think everything is okay but it's bugging me because I can't work out why that one channel should be different? I would be grateful for some enlightenment.

    Best wishes,

    Chris

mine says -2 and Aileron, if you go to the monitor section at the end of the menu, does it show the same figure ... mine does, so I can only assume its calibration, I have adjusted the springs on mine to give slightly less tension, and if I very gently move the stick and release I can get it to sit between -2 and -1, so it cant be centering 100%

I know theres a calibration menu, but not worked out how to recalibrate (or sure if its a wise thing to do)

    hope thats of some help
    Phil

      Hi Phil,

Thanks for replying, oddly mine says 0% on the Aileron in the monitor section, and 1% Rudder! I'm guessing 1% or so is too small a deviation to worry about. I've not dared to even look at the recalibration section.

This is my first transmitter, so it all so new and I really don't know what is normal and what is not at the moment.

      Thanks for your help,

      Chris
