Is this a good tranny to use with a t-rex 450?

does it have all the necessary features for a well setup 3d machine?

are there any features that it doesnt have then an experienced pilot might need?

    Thanks

I'm using it in my trex and night 50 3d, its nice and simple to use and has all the things i need the only thing u might struggle for is a separate Chanel to run a governor but there are a few out there that don't need that option. i cant see it limiting my flying for the foreseeable future and i'm throwing the heli about and learning new tricks all the time but for me its fine other's may disagree though.

arr yes a timer would be handy with an electric heli!lol another question how do you know when to stop flying as u are not supposed to fly until battery is dead??

i would go for a dx6/7 but i dnt seem to be able to buy just the tx & rx without servo's, they are a little too expensive to buy with everything but with the futaba you can just get the tx & rx for £150

Well, being as I am still at the hoveing stage, Tail in is no problem now, and I can just about hover 90 degress left and right I get a full 15 mins off the pack on my Twister CP V2. ( Stop laughing in the back!!!)

I am having fun and games with the Belt CP though. Turns out if you set +/- 10 on the pitch setting then when you close the throttle on a hardish landing you nearly allways get a boom strike (I'm on my third!).

So I got it all repaierd and set up but discovered the front servo is borked so theres a new one on the way and I'll need to set it all up again!

Still one thing about the Belt CP and the Twister CP is that the parts are relatively cheap and when I can spend most of a pack in the air doing a circuit then I'll get a T-Rex I think.

              Sorry for hi-Jacking the thread

You need to dial out most of the negative in normal mode it will stop you slamming it into the floor

So I gather!!! got that sorted so its 0 degrees at 50% throttle and 10 degrees + at 100%.

                  Hopeing it will help!
